Customer Care
Our Customer Care Department will be assisting you with your questions
and concerns during your warranty coverage. In order to assist our Customer
Care Technician, assigned to your community, we suggest that following
these simple procedures will help you obtain the best possible service:
1. Always refer to your Homeowners manual prior to requesting service assuring that your request is covered under warranty.
2. Call all service requests into our Warranty Administrator, at (614)
428-5555. A work order will be written up and a technician will be in
touch with you within 24 hours to discuss. Never call a request
into the community model or make a verbal request in the field.
3. Accumulate a list of concerns or questions throughout the warranty
period for your 1-Year Inspection. Remember drywall and paint touch
up is one time during your first year. It is recommended that you wait
until your 1-Year Inspection to have this taken care of.
4. Please do not hesitate to call in service requests on items that you feel you cannot “live with” until your 1 Year Inspection. Such items would be leaks (any type), entry door lock adjustments, garage door problems, major drywall cracking, etc.
1-year Inspection
As you approach the 1-year closing anniversary of your Joshua Home,
it will be time to start thinking about scheduling your warranty walk-through
with our Customer Care Department. In an effort to expedite the scheduling
and completion of your concerns, we would like to ask that you submit
to us an itemized list containing those items you would like us to address.
By doing so, we will be better able to anticipate your needs thus reducing
the amount of time it will take to have these items completed. Please

Once we receive your list, we will contact you within 1 week to schedule your initial walk-through. Our appointments are scheduled Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
